I own a lot of pdf's of solo adventures for 3.5e. I also remember Lathan's Gold, which i owned.

4e is such a team-oriented game (eg. So many powers revolve around having a team-mate to use) that you might be holding your breath for a loooong time before you see any sort of solo modules. And those will be done by a 3rd party publisher. There was one line for 3.X that was done, but I recall neither publisher nor any of the module names.

Anything done by TSR has been yanked from the virtual game stores. WotC pulled all of their copyrighted material (electronic forms) several months ago in a reaction to electronic piracy of their 4e products.
